March 5 (Interfax) - The bird flu situation in Russia will remain positive until July, at which time outbreaks of the disease are possible in several areas, said Nikolai Vlasov, head of the veterinary control department in Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Overview Service), at a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
